Every canvas we produce is custom-printed for your order, so here is what to expect once you check out: what shipping costs, how your canvas travels, and how to follow it to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders shipping within the US and Canada ship free when the order total is over $99. If your order total is under $99, the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart, so you will always see the final number before you pay.

How are canvases shipped?

How your canvas travels depends on the product you chose. A stretched canvas is built on its frame before it ships, so it arrives ready to hang — no assembly and no separate frame to buy. A rolled canvas print ships rolled and protected inside a tube, keeping the print flat and free of creases until you are ready to stretch or frame it yourself.

Every canvas is custom-printed to order once you place it through our online design tool, where a live preview shows you exactly what you are getting before it goes into production.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like an update on where your order stands, reach out through our FAQ or request a quote page and our team can look into it for you.
